Everyone has life struggles and often times we find ourselves looking for solutions at every turn. Have you ever felt that life hurts and the harder you try the worse things seem to be? At times we need additional help to try to get through some of life's challenges. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, struggling with daily activities, looking for direction in your career or other major life transition, I can help. I provide various services that are tailored to fit your needs. I have extensive experience working with families, children and individuals in crisis situations.

I offer faith-based counseling to those who may be seeking incorporation of spiritual connection into their lives. I am pleased to provide compassion, understanding, objectivity, and a nonjudgmental environment for you to thrive. I look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your goals.
